INDIANAPOLIS, IN (March 5, 2025) â€“ Iowa Mold Tooling Co., Inc. (IMT), an Oshkosh Corporation business (NYSE:OSK), kicked off Work Truck Week by unveiling two new telescopic cranes. IMT is showcasing its new 3300e-18 and 8600-32 telescopic cranes, which are part of its refreshed family of cranes that will go into production in 2026, on a Dominator® I mechanics truck in booth #2801.

“Work Truck Week is the perfect place to launch our new cranes. The show highlights time-tested solutions and new innovations that are driving our industry forward,” said Amy Brownlee, Vice President and General Manager of IMT. “Our new family of cranes deliver outstanding reach, lifting capacity and reliability for our customers, all while maintaining the quality and durability IMT is known for. We’ve listened to our customers and incorporated their feedback into the design, focusing on commonality, ease of maintenance and exceptional performance.”

This launch underscores IMT’s commitment to delivering best-in-class telescopic cranes engineered for optimized weight and operational efficiency.

IMT’s new cranes are designed to boost productivity on today’s modern job sites. The lineup prioritizes critical crane performance metrics including weight, capacity, length and safety.

IMT’s new cranes will feature the following:

  • <> Exceptional lifting capacities in working zones achieved utilizing IMT’s proven Penta Boom™ geometry.
  • <> High-strength steel construction that contributes to weight reduction* without sacrificing strength.
  • <> Common designs and consistent components, including the valve bank, boom geometry, and radio remotes, for streamlined maintenance and reduced parts inventory.
  • <> Easy operation realized through all models with fully hydraulic extensions.
  • <> Added length compared to previous generations provides outstanding reach and access to challenging work areas, enhancing the crane’s versatility.
  • <> Reduced weight* promotes efficiency and payload
  • <> Thorough testing, including cold weather, durability, fatigue, and stability testing, validated through industry standard J-1063 certification, contributing to reliable performance in demanding environments.

*Compared to previous IMT telescopic crane models excluding the 3300e-18 model.

“We understand that our cranes play a vital role in our customers’ success stories,” said Brownlee. “That understanding fuels our team’s passion and drives us to craft solutions that are not just powerful and efficient but also built to last.
