IMT Golf Outing Raises Money for Local Charity
October 4, 2018Iowa Mold Tooling Co., Inc. (IMT), an Oshkosh Corporation company (NYSE:OSK), recently contributed $700 in proceeds from their annual team member golf outing at the Garner Golf Course to 5 Loaves 2 Fish.
With 20 teams of foursomes that included IMT employees, spouses, and vendors, the September 14th golf outing marked the 14th year of the event. Funds were raised through raffles that took place throughout the day. IMT team members designated 5 Loaves 2 Fish as the beneficiary of the 2018 event proceeds.
Founded in 2015, 5 Loaves 2 Fish is a non-profit organization based in Garner, Iowa that works to serve the needs of the local community through various initiatives such as a summer food program, as well as school and clothing drives.
“Giving back to the community is at the heart of our culture at IMT, and we are pleased to continue supporting endeavors that strengthen the North Iowa region,” said Jim Hasty, IMT general manager.
