IMT welcomes new Senior Director of Sales, celebrates promotion of Sales Manager

GARNER, Iowa (December 5, 2022) – Iowa Mold Tooling Co., Inc. (IMT), an Oshkosh Corporation company (NYSE: OSK), is pleased to welcome Todd Leidall as the company’s new Senior Director of Sales. Leidall comes to IMT from Anchor Fabrication, where he served as Divisional Vice President of Business Development.

In his new role as Senior Director of Sales, Leidall will support both the internal and external growth of sales and the development of IMT marketing and branding efforts. He will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on product innovation and business development opportunities. Leidall will also play an integral role in the development of team members: ensuring that they have the tools and resources needed to be successful.

Leidall brings more than 36 years of professional experience across various industries to the position. His background in sales, manufacturing development and working across cross-functional disciplines will complement IMT’s growing product portfolio and go-to-market strategies.

IMT is also celebrating the retirement of long-time employee Tom Wallace, who will be retiring in January 2023. Wallace served IMT for 15 years, most recently as the company’s Sales Manager. IMT would like to thank Wallace for his many years of service and wishes him all the best in his retirement.

Following Wallace’s retirement, IMT has promoted John Field, Sales Manager, who will take on additional sales leadership responsibilities. Field, who has been with the company for more than 37 years, will also oversee all distributor outside sales and dealer development.

In his time with IMT, Field has served in a variety of roles across the company. He started at IMT as a production team member and transitioned into technical support in 1999 and sales in 2007. His passion for IMT products and for fostering robust relationships with distributors, along with a commitment to providing world-class end-user support, makes him a valuable asset to the company.
